At P3, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
